Sundays 9:00 am to 10:15 am EST

Learn the fundamentals and take your practice to a deeper level. These classes emphasize longer-held poses, core strength, flexibility, balance, and concentration, creating a foundation from which to grow! Detoxify the body, improve blood circulation, concentration, posture, boost the immune system, relieve stress, enhance athletic performance and improve your overall quality of life.
