Virtual Yoga Schedule

Sunday 
9:00 am to 10:15 am EST
Instructor: Jade

Learn the fundamentals and take your practice to a deeper level. These classes emphasize longer held poses, core strength, flexibility, balance, and concentration, creating a foundation from which to grow! Detoxify the body, improve blood circulation, concentration, posture, boost the immune system, relieve stress, enhance athletic performance and improve your overall quality of life.  

Tuesday

5:30 pm to 6:30 pm EST

Instructor: Jade

The perfect practice if you’re looking to improve posture, prevent back pain, and support the spine. "Core” means more than just the abdominal muscles but the muscles that support the “core” or trunk of the body. 

 

We start each class with sun salutations to warm up, move through standing postures before heading into a strong emphasis on core strength building, ending with some yin hip work and a much needed savasana.  

Thursday

5:30 pm to 6:30 pm EST

Virtual Yoga Class Information

Taking part in our Virtual Yoga Class has never been easier. Just follow the instructions below:

 

1) After booking your class, service, or workshop, we will send you an email before the event with a Zoom link. Save this link—you will need it to join the event.

2) Install Zoom on your computer, phone, or tablet. Pro tip: test out your audio and video to make sure that they are both working properly.

3) At the time of the event, simply click on the link to join.

4) You should receive a prompt to open Zoom on your device. Click “Open Zoom” to open the program.

5) That’s it—you’re in!
